Brass

This is a copper-zinc alloy with different percentages according to the use and with the possibility of a third metal which becomes the characterizing element. Brass is characterized by great flexibility and excellent workability. It is used in many industrial sectors.  GV Stamperie uses it for work in sectors including plumbing and heating, shipbuilding, hydraulic, industrial, taps and fittings, valves, radiators, air conditioners, and pipes.

Aluminium

Its strength, light weight (one third that of steel), resistance to oxidation, and malleability make aluminium a crucial metal for the world economy. Used extensively as a structural component in the aeronautical and aerospace industries, it has long since expanded its “load-bearing” use to the automotive industry, for which it is used in components produced by GV Stamperie.

Copper

Copper is the metal that humankind has used for the most time. Workable and highly recyclable, copper is the base of the most frequently used alloys. Its electrical and thermal conductivity is very high leading to its prevalent use in electrical engineering today. GV Stamperie mainly manufactures copper electrical contacts and conductors, particularly for the railway sector.
