Being at the forefront today also means respecting the environment.

In 2003, our commitment to the environment was certified with ISO 14001, after adapting all our technologies to what is considered the state of the art in terms of environmental protection.

We have eliminated the use of perchlorethylene (considered dangerous to humans) in the washing solution for the parts produced. In addition, we perform separated collection of all our waste.

An average company in our field and of our size disposes of around 50,000 litres of emulsified water per year. We dispose of only 500 litres thanks to the use of our closed-loop emulsion splitting and filtering plants.

The die shop is equipped with a special fume aspiration and abatement system which safeguards the environment by reducing the emissions to levels 10 times lower than the legally established limit.

The presses are soundproofed and connected to an exhaust system while lubricating oils are disposed of according to the standards required by international regulation
