Our work cycle is divided as follows:

Cost Analysis

The cost analysis of a project is personalized, transparent and calculated over several years. In this manner Customers know the future cost of their products in advance.

Design

The feasibility of the project is verified first by means of software simulations. Then, after this analysis, the actual design begins together with the Customer. The technical department is responsible for this phase.

Production of dies and equipment

The project is transferred to the CNC milling machines and/or EDM to construct the dies which are prepared in a short time and incorporated in an automated system able to work, non-stop, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The construction and equipment department is responsible for this phase.

Hot forging

This is one of the most highly technological phases, where Quality is guaranteed by the complete automation of the die presses.

This delicate phase is carried out by the forging department.

Trimming and sandblasting

The Trimming and sandblasting phase is fully automated by means of robotic cells managed by customized and sophisticated software programs.

These phases are carried out by the trimming department.

Machining-Transfer

This phase of the production cycle includes the presetting of the tools, the programming of the CNC transfer machines, and the start of production itself. The machining – transfer department is responsible for this part of production.

Testing

The final testing phase is surely one of the most delicate. For this reason GV Stamperie has invested significant resources in technologically advanced machinery.

All critical phases of the production process can be overseen from a single measurement room. In the die shop a Zeiss C 700 controls equipment, dies, and graphite electrodes. While in the machining department, a Zeiss Prismo 7 analyses critical parameters during production, ensuring the utmost accuracy and quality. This integration of control and machining processes allows GV Stamperie to provide a single warranty certificate, tailored to meet the customer’s requirements.

This delicate phase is carried out in the final testing room.

Packaging, Shipping and Logistics

The packaging and shipping phase may include, when requested, customized packaging.This last phase is carried out in the warehouse and logistics department.

Warehouse

The warehouse is large and well organized. The latest computer technology supports staff in the control and management of the entry and exit of goods
